p.1 #1 · Frolicking in the Fountain - Anna's Hummingbirds
Anna's Hummingbird frolicking in the fountain. The gardens around this Historic farm in Fremont is a very popular birding site. In one corner of the farm there is a water fountain where the birds come for a drink or to bathe. While waiting at this spot for the warblers and the other migrants, I saw this endemic hummingbird species exhibiting some very interesting behavior. It swooped in had its drink and then was playing in the fountain as if to catch a water droplet.

Truly enjoyed this set Bibek .

Thanks a lot Birdie. It was really fun. Just waiting to be able to get back to this place once things settle down for some more. Never seen this behavior before, so it was a pleasant surprise to see them doing this.

What great shots Bibek, looks like the Canon lens works well on the Fuji!
Yes Bob, I have only one native Fuji lens for my landscapes it’s a fabulous lens. For all my wildlife needs I am using my EF glass with the Fringer adapter. Thanks a lot.
