Thank you very much, Arka! No, my camera was on the tripod for the best ISO and I did the selective adjustment in PP. The shadow recovery of the sensor at base ISO is virtually without any penalty. FYI, the lens is the 70-200mm f/2.8 GM set at 118mm.
It transports you to another world, this set. Really magical. I've been to Bali, but only the beach areas as we weren't sure about hiking the forests/mountain temples with a one year old at the time. What general areas are depicted here if you don't mind me asking? For future reference when we return eventually. I saw you mentioned the holy mountain - Mount Agung? Mostly thereabouts?

Thank you for your kind words, Adam! The images were captured during various visits at different locations. Yes, it is Gunung or Mount Agung. That particular image were taken on steps from the temple. The half gates, where the model stood are a part of the temple. Most places there though are remote in small villages, like the first image and that of the small waterfall. The images at the rice field were taken not too far away from the holy mountain. There is a restaurant there and as long as you eat there, you can take pictures behind the restaurant. So, that’s where we did it.
I would not venture alone in Bali, if I were you. Hire a guide and/or driver there. An experienced guide, specializing in photography tours, can really show you around. Hope this helps and please feel free to ask any questions via PM.
