it is a very nice image you captured at the expense of sudden and intense testicular retraction. The image will last forever but the pain was short lived (I hope).

This is beautiful Johan. The shutter is just about right to get the motion perfectly. I have been drenched by the sea while shooting but those were the tropical seas mostly. Scary to think when it is freezing.

Glad you like it. Actually, it adheres to the rule of thirds on a vertical axis with the horizon, even though the rock is centered horizontally.

Great water motion here. Colors seem a bit too hot for my taste personally but overall killer shot.

Yeah, the color is touchy with this image. Just a couple clicks up or down on the saturation can be drastic both ways. I went a tiny bit hot because the color of sunrise in this area during the winter has a strong split in the color spectrum that can cause deep blues and magentas. Some images taken here in winter actually have to bring down the saturation from the RAW files a bit just to look like it's not fake.

I was surprised to get this result to be honest. Only shot out of a few dozen where the lines pointed at the rock just right.
