When I visited Scotland's Isle of Skye and Highlands, I wandered around so many mystic and hidden gems. This Fairy Glen was one of them.
A wedding photographer who was in the boat trip to St. Kilda told me that she was in Scotland to photograph of the couple who were getting married in Scotland.
They were from USA. She particularly introduced me to photograph this Fairly Glen area. Which I did follow her advice the next day.
In this picture you will see the Castle Ewen which is not a castle ruin, but a rocky outcrop and the mystical Stone Circle of spiral earth and rocks.
love it and reminds me of a hiking trip in the Highlands I took a couple of years ago. I'd live there in a heartbeat if not for my husband who thinks it's too wet and cold

Hello ifaynshteyn,
Yes, lovely Scotland, indeed.
I visited there again this past February and this time I ventured into the Isle of Harris and Lewis.
Thanks for your comment, appreciated!
Take care.

You know what, brick33308? I was also so happy there when I visited last year, I traveled again this year in February.
This time I ventured further into the Isle of Harris and Lewis. I sent a message to my husband back home that we could retire to this place and I would be happy. I even checked around how much it would cost to rent a house.. very reasonable price!
This time I traveled both Iceland and Scotland two weeks each.. and I could compare the price.. Scotland is a lot cheaper than Iceland. Anyway.. very peaceful place to be!
Thanks for your comments. Take care!

Iceland is another place I fell in love with, but if I had to choose between the two it would be Scotland
Hello brick33308,
Actually I have the same opinion. Living in Scotland over Iceland.. for many reasons.
I would be really happy there. I would not mind even living in the Isle of Harris & Lewis!
I will seriously consider the opportunity.
Thanks for your comment.
