I like the second one the best. It has that wonderful foreground that welcomes you to the rest of the image. Thanks for sharing.

I shoot the first one at Glacier point. I was shooting with half dome in view and then I turned right and saw this scene unfolding. I quickly turned my camera towards that unknown peak and snapped few shots. While I had processed that traditional half dome shot 3 years back, I neglected these series of snaps. The third shot I took at Green River overlook, Canyonlands national park, in 2010. It was a very cloudy evening. Those heavy and dark rain clouds really did not reflect the bright sunset

I suppose differences of opinion are part of what makes this an interesting pursuit. IMO the third one is a great photo. I was interested that you would move to the right to get more foreground elements. I would move to the left to get rid of the cliff wall. I like the unbroken expanse and the dark colors and the feeling of being suspended in the air viewing it. I think its a great image.
