As in my last post, this is another image from the past where I'd pretty much forgotten about shooting this musician. From January of '96, shot in an alleyway in Venice, Ca. this is the famous Hammond B-3 organist Brian Auger, whose band was appropriately call The Oblivion Express. He's 80 years old now and still gigs around L.A., usually at The Baked Potato in Studio City. Well, not until L.A. reopens the clubs. Shot with a Mamiya RZ probably with a 50mm for anyone that cares.
Since there's no work at all right now, I'm still going through old almost forgotten photo shoots to find images I might have passed over. Got enough drum scanner supplies for a couple of years as long as nothing breaks. More to come.
