Yes, those are all traditional for the black Hmong people in general in the area, not just kids.
The Hmongs were my brothers in 1967-1969. Not a better people nor patriot. I love to seem them smile! The traditional dress is fantastic! The áo dài, the Montgnards dress and of course your own people always fascinated me then and today.
