Great stuff. The BW treatment works wonderfully well. Yes, Instagram does not allow bare breasts but does allow breasts seen through bras/garments. So most of your images would be fine.
Nice balance on it all. The light and the poses as well as the clothing all are a nice tease and create the story, these are really nicely presented, classy and appealing.

Anyone else y'all would be pointing out the disheveled look and untidy hair.
There was an article ages ago where someone presented images by Cartier Bresson, Weston and others and had them "critiqued" on a forum. People assumed they were his images and commentary was hilarious to those knowing who made the images.
It pointed out the difference in perception based on the artist's perceived importance.
So my observations:
Disheveled hair - could be going for that bedroom look I guess.
Hair/lash in her left eye.
OOF lights compete with her eyes (which are gorgeous)
OOF bright bump things on her stockings are a distraction
Something OOF is in front of her pinky and there's some kind of black strip on her palm underneath the pinky.
