I have forum postings about Memento frames in a couple different forums now. One or two correspondents have mentioned that buying a new power supply for the frame seemed to fix some operational problems.
Doubt this suggestion applies to you, but one frame owner who was experiencing some perplexing black screens discovered that simply cleaning dust off the frame's light sensor fixed some of his issues.

For anyone's benefit - my problem is now resolved! (a properly working and installed frame that all of a sudden was powering down / crashing daily/weekly) We started having some other weird network issues on other devices and wound up replacing our wifi router. Ever since then, frame is back to normal.

As a new member, I thought I would contribute what I know. I own 4 of the 25" Memento Smart Frames, and am equally saddened about the loss of the company and product. Thus far, mine all work fine. Some time back when the company was "alive," I had occasion to request support. I would like to share the emails in case anyone else could benefit. Is there an easy way I can attach the 2 emails which I saved as pdf files?

Does anyone have the actual file to update the 35" frame to v. 6.02? I have been trying to get it for my dad, but the Google Drive link requires permission to access now, and I've received no response. Thanks!

I own two 35" Memento Smart Frame.
The first one works perfectly.
The second one, that we just inherited and opened today for the first time, does not work because we need the Memento_35.zip file (v6.02).
By any chance, does one of you have it?
FYI, I have the Memento_25.zip file and the smartframepc.exe - if ever it can help someone.

I just found this thread. I thought I was the only one left using this great product!
I am running 6.02 on the 35"'frame. It was crashing a couple of times a week so I put it on a cheap wall timer and powers off for 15 minutes every morning at 5am. Not the most elegant solution, but it keeps me limping along until someone comes up with a better frame.

Just bumping this thread as well. I've got a 35-inch Memento Smart Frame that's pretty much a paper-weight brick as well. If anyone has the PC .exe file that'd be awesome! I'll also reach out to you Marquise directly!
As of this forum post on Nov 2022, the Memento app has been removed from all platforms. iOS, Android, PC and Apple app stores. If you're lucky enough to have the iOS app AND the v6.02 firmware update there's a chance when you try to upload, the app will crash rendering the app and most updated firmware useless.
The last ditch attempt is finding the PC .exe file to be able to upload via LAN with the Windows PC program. If anyone has this please let me know!

Hey All, I'm still enjoying my Memento Smart Frame, BUT I've had to reformat my harddrive and I don't have the software. Would anyone have a copy of the PC or Mac software (that loads the pictures on the frame)?

Hi folks, I am new to this forum and to the Memento Smart Frame. After finding the frame (literally) and purchasing a $14 power supply, I was able to boot the frame up but could not set it up without an app. I was scouring the web for the latest Mac or Windows apps. I was able to locate version 6 of the Windows app. One caveat, it is not the installer, but after copying the file to my Windows Program Files folder, I found I could run the executable and use the frame. I uploaded to my GDrive, enjoy: Memento Smart Frame v6

Hola! I searched everywhere for a Mac version of the program without success. Workaround, I an currently using the windows program I posted running through PlayonMac (https://playonmac.en.softonic.com/mac). It took a few tries but is currently running and seems way more stable than running on a windows machine.
When I have time, I'll try to post a tutorial. Have a great day!

So I too am hanging onto my memento for dear life.
Recently (last year?), trying to add new photos from phone/tablet no longer works.
But at least I can add new photos from a PC.
Now I found that on Windows 11, adding new photos "from device" no longer works there as well.
If you click on the "Add from device" button, nothing happens.
I suspect some default Windows security hardening on Windows 11 has attribute to this, but I am not sure and can't figure out what.
Luckily, I can still add from device on Windows 10 ... I've tried at least two Windows 10 PCs and they both work. I am holding on to Windows 10 now just for the memento frame until it dies.
Anyone else have such experiences Windows 11 and found a fix?
