All great, but #2 and #3 edge out the other two for me - especially the B&W with red spot color. I wonder if the first one might be a touch better if it was clearer that she had her hands on glass (or am I wrong, is she just being a mime?).
Thanks for posting these great photographs! Thanks!

B, thank you very much for your kind words! The white area or bright background is my soft box. Although quite large but still I couldn’t get her entire upper body to be within the outline of the soft box. Somehow had her elbow been visible, it would have been better. Thanks again.
This is a great set. I especially like 1 & 2. I very much like the composition of 3 but I don't like selective color at all, in general and here. I think it would have been stronger without the "gimmick" of this post processing, whatever the actual color of the stairway.

Superb work.

Rich, thank you for your feedback. I am glad you like most images. I see your point regarding #3. The reason I did it that was simple; that image was taken in the evening and the colors of the light in that staircase had a strong yellowish/greenish cast. Somehow, that color cast was too overpowering and did draw the viewer's attention away from the model in the original file. Hence the conversion.

The hands and composition may need a hint more grace in the first two. But still worth sharing. I've tried similar lighting with a window and learned it wasn't as simple as expected.
The 3rd photo is interesting - good attention grabber. Seems like the best image is #4, and likewise #3
It's fun to see how others experiment. Thanks for sharing
