Amazing images, Bibek! What you had to do to capture them is remarkable. YGMV!

Thank you my friend. We got lucky that they had made the kill close to the roads.. I guess the groomed roads helped them move faster than in soft snow..

That's quite a story, Bibek ... and you survived, hopefully without any frost bite! I would have voted for your effort alone but your wonderful images deserves my vote too!

Thank you Bobby. It was some experience. I learnt one more thing - always wear a snow pant that has suspenders on it :-) Lost my pants several times. Thank god I had two layers of pants under the snow pant.:-)

All of the photos are terrific, but the last one really tells the story. Your experience of cold feet makes me worry; I'm going to an area near Hudson Bay in early March and am gearing up for extreme cold as best I can. Fingers crossed that I get it all right!

I am sure in the Hudson Bay the tour operators will guide you and/or have the provision for renting you the warmer boots. But the hand warmers in my socks helped me a lot.

Stunning. Consider me extremely jealous!
Would you care to share the company/guide you used and any details about cost, lodging, infrastructure, schedule, preparation, etc.?
Cassidy,
We were a group of 5 folks and rented our own Bombardier from a rental company in West Yellowstone. Let me dig up the name. Will PM you the info. It came with the Guide/Driver. On my first trip in 2016, I was only in Lamar where I rented a 4x4.
