p.1 #1 · What keeps taking me back to the winter wonderland - Yellowstone.
Unfortunately 2019 was ruled out by the wife, but preparing for my late Jan 2020. Hope to see these curious beings wondering what the large piece of glass was up to?

Getting images like these make suffering the cold worth it. Excellent set!

It sure did Dave. Waited with the wolves for 6 hours in the snow with my Bay Area hiking boots :-) Yes it was stupid, but now I know better. So had my hand warmers in the boots to keep my feet from freezing. So many lessons on this last trip. On my first one, I learnt not to go off pavement in Lamar - that was a $400 lesson - having to be towed out of the snow bank :-) Wiser now than 3 years ago. Going by myself brought these adventures, worth every bit of what we go for.

Bibek, these are a joy to view. You must have been lying in the cold snow to get these perspectives. Not so sure I would want a wolf peering at me like that

Absolutely marvelous work.

I did lie down in the snow for a good hour waiting for the black one to cross the road. The wonders of digital imagery. Never finished processing my images from Jan 2018 :-( but well these surprises are rewarding for sure. Will share the black wolf soon.. The new set.
