Rob,
I know it takes a lot to get such frames from the EoSR with the slower fps. The "Bogie at 6 o'clock" if with the EoS R will make my waiting for the RII worth it. Thanks a lot for sharing.

Super images Rob. It appears the “R” was up to the task, care to comment?
Thanks. I have been pleased with the R. I just came back from Texas and the R work great. I actually use it more than the 1dx II now. I actually bought Amy one too
The adapted lens works great, I mainly use the 400mm f2.8 with it but I also use the 200-400mm and DO II with it. No issues at all. It is slower for sure but workable. Really looking forward to the Pro model.

Who says Canon is lagging behind Sony? You have proven that not to be the case - superb images, Rob! And YGMV!

Thanks for the vote. I did try a Sony A9 the the Sony 400mm f2.8 while I was there and it tracked really well. Impressive really. If my wife and I did not have so much Canon, I would consider a switch. At this point I am hopeful for the Pro R model.
