Hi guys!
After getting the flu back in the beginning of October, I'm finally better and able to shoot again! It's been awhile since I posted, so here are some miscellaneous shots from my studio. C&C is always welcomed and I do love reading your comments - thank you for taking the time to check out my work!

This little girl was one of my first models when I decided to focus on studio portraits. She's the best!

This mom and daughter were amazing. The little girl had/has a brain tumor and has been through so much. I was honored to capture memories for them!

I've been so lucky with the kids I've gotten to photograph. So many different personalities and looks! This girl had such a quiet spirit.

Brother and sister were amazing! Little one is only 2 and she was great. Sometimes you just don't know what you're going to get when they come into the studio, lol.

I have been wanting to shoot a breastfeeding session and finally got in a breastfeeding mom. It's such a short time and unique bond that I love to capture.
Lighting is really sublime... tough to do, especially with more than one subject.
I don't really connect with the last 2 nearly as much as the rest.
(7) has *way* too much fabric covering baby to show that it is a nursing photo and her expression looks like, "really, you're taking a picture of me *now*??"
(8) is better, but both baby and mom look pissed off. I would l like to see more pleasing expressions, especially for mom
I love the lighting and background you've used. The kids are really adorable. However, some of the outfits are just plain weird. This is especially the case with #2, #7 and #8. The models are overwhelmed by the fabric. And that hair thingy in #2. It is so large that it overwhelms the poor child.
I don't have a problem with the clothing. I think it adds interest and works with the overall style. My sole critique is that I don't know that #7 is a breastfeeding shot without being told. Then again, I'm a man without any children; perhaps the subtlety is lost on me.

Agreed on mom's expression, but disagree on the dress. I love that dress!
And the first two are phenomenal. That kid is so cute!
Beautiful pictures. All of them, but my favorite is the brother and sister. That little sister is adorable and big brother is protective and handsome. Well-done!
The lighting is stunning. I also don’t mind the over the top dress for the mother breastfeeding (my background is in fashion) however, I think pushed into a different position could’ve helped portray the idea. Although, I am a mother so I knew what was going on even without your explanation lovely!
