Did you take 1 image of each frog in the pond?! Lots of superb images. #2 and 17 are my runaway winners for best in show.
Thanks Ken...yes, probably took one of every pattern variation I could find.

We used to have a lot of those around but , sadly, I think the Bullfrogs have taken over.. they will eat anything they can get in their mouth, including each other.
Yes, I understand the bullfrogs have decimated the populations in most lakes/ponds on the island. This small little pond seems to have not been infiltrated by the bullfrogs yet.

They are really fun to shoot, it's like you can't see them then you see them everywhere.
Lynn
Thanks Lynn. Yes that is exactly what it was like. Until I realized how small they were I didn't think any were there.

Geoff, those are wonderful and enjoyable images! I like the composition and color rendition. No extension tube(s) for those and just TC, huh? How large are they? About an inch or so?
Joshua
Thanks Joshua. Yeah just the TC, don't own a Sony extension tube. They were mostly less than an inch.

nice shots Geoff, you need a macro lens for these!
Thanks Arash. There is one in the set that I used Canon 100L Macro adapted to A9. I found that it was difficult to get the lens close enough to them to increase magnification over the longer working distance of the 100-400/1.4TC. I did get some cooperative ones that allowed the lens close enough though and then the details really shined.
I like about half of these Geoff. I wanted to say which I like yet there are too many and with two passes I could not remember the numbers. Having given up on better feedback, 18 is my pick.

Thanks Morris...yes I know there were a lot...I had took these awhile ago and processed them over time and then just dumped them all
