Superb set Scott! Such a beautiful place and it's definitely in my bucket list places must visit!
By the way, which 24-105mm you used with your 5DsR?
I use v1 24-105 and in these pictures I added 10 stop nd and cp, to attempt to flatten the water. My view is that the v2 is better than v1 at 24mm but I never use v1 at 24mm. I have Zeiss 25/2, and TS24. I also used high f-stop between 24-105, nd, cp nd high stop - the lens was the least of my worries.
Glad you like the set. Today I was out and it was blizzarding. But still quite pretty aside from falling on my but with my camera slippery. And I saw 3 grizzlies in the same morning.

GoldMark: Glad you like the images. Thank you for the feedback. Much appreciated. Scott
Karl Witt: Glad you like 1,3. As I said above, I rarely think to use portrait mode and am glad my one try worked. Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated. Scott

#3 for me. Very nice. In the last photo of the lake is that Mt Assiniboine in the background?
It is Mount Assiniboine Park and the mountain in the back is Mt Assiniboine, but it is Magog Lake in middle. It looks more spectacular from lower and from way up on Nub Mt peak.

Thanks for confirmation, I used 24-105mm V1 on my 5DsR whilst the result is acceptable but no way near the 24-70mm 2.8 II.
Maybe I should give it another lease of 24-105mm V1 before auctioning it off.

I have v1 of 24-70 and never use it except for family shots. Because, mostly I used ts24 and ts17 for 90% of my landscapes so as not to have bowed trees and mountains. The 24-70 is mostly used from 40-105mm. The v2 is pretty much the same as v1 in 40-105. And 24-70 does not have 70-105. So why buy v2 24-105, particularly given the RF 24-105 is night and day better than EF v2 - and I am likely to switch to mirrorless for the weight savings within several years.
The dilemma will be use 24-105v1 or buy 24-105 RF when the Rbigmpx comes out because I really like the thought of the adapter with 10 stop in the back - then my ts17, ts24 and 24-105v1 will all have the same nd without switching.TS17 biggest downside is no easy filter which is frustrating and is the only reason I use 24-105v1 at 24 for the ND10. As a result I am unlikely to buy the v2 or the RF and continue with my old 24-105 v1.
