Poof has 'stolen' my FE100400 and I've pre-ordered the X-T4 to play with; so an affordable pre-owned Tamron 100-400 for the Fuji...adapting via the MC-11 focus is fairly quick on the A7Riv (well it was a rainy overcast day for the most part). Half a pound lighter is nice too. Bought it used for a bit less than $500 so I'm pleased and hoping it will adapt well via the Fringer adpater to the Fuji.

This Blue J was 20ish feet away and I was working out of a blind.
Poof walks me everyday This morning 5.5 miles/570 calories (and I lost my cellphone ha!).
Got home and found it on Where's My Droid, it was moving, checked again in 10 min's and it was
gone. So they shut it down/factory reset. Asurian already has the replacement shipped.
But what to carry for the walk? I choose the Riv+EOS400/5.6. It is way lighter than the 200600. Lighter than the 100400. Anything I'd shoot I'd need 400 or more, plus I wanted to see if it could do BIF. The walk was almost completely along a river so surely something would fly by.
Found my first Robin of the year while walking, and the old Canon 400 got a new Rolanpro.
