A quick manual twist of the ISO dial to 100 ISO is the only way I know. Auto ISO 100 is no longer an option.
"With the M10, you can either choose self-timer or bracketing but not both!"
Leica M10 menus are basic/simple and straight forward. If you don't see it, probably not there. Not part of my workflow, but I don't see any way on the m10 to set self-timer and set bracketing criteria simultaneously. Maybe someone else knows otherwise?
If the fotos app remote would not switch back to "single shooting", this would not be an issue. Maybe Leica can update fotos so it does not change the drive mode.
The current workaround I found was to use my analog remote trigger. Works great in both bracketing and Interval mode.

Send/describe your request to Leica Customer Support. I.E., Fotos App /Settings /Feature Request. At least get it on their list. I have a few on that list myself ;-)

Fred, M240 now M10? Whats the verdict.
I much prefer the M10 for the improved viewfinder. (both OVF and EVF)
Files are cleaner at higher ISO as reported in many reviews. Prefer the new menu and overall simplicity of the M10 as well.
Fred, have you tried the new Samyang 75 1.8? If so, how do you think it compares to this CV 75 in terms or rendering and IQ (not concerned about price, build, etc.).

Have not tried the Samyang 75 yet but it's on my radar.

Received the 135/4 Tele-Elmar today and was able to focus with accuracy wide open without any magnifier.
Perhaps it won't be needed with this lens. Here are some snaps from the backyard: (all wide open)
PS: This lens is a steal for the price. Sharp throughout the frame from wide open. I will be using it with the Sony as well.
the apo should be even an step further. it is nevertheless heavy, 505g compared e.g. with the 665 of the batis! of course it is not the same money nor the same size.

It's an outstanding lens. I can't believe it sells for $300! It matches the 100-400 GM at 135mm and that's a super compliment.

This is what they wrote me:
"Dear Fred Miranda,
Thank you for your request.
I forwarded your request to the Leica FOTOS team. We are actively looking into that feature for future versions, but unfortunately we cannot make sure to include it in a near future update.
Thanks for providing the feedback"

Great app!
One request I have is for the Fotos “Remote” to keep the camera’s selected drive mode. Currently, it switches to single shooting drive mode when I start “remote”.
Since there is no choice to have self timer in combination with bracketing or Interval, it would be great help to use the app to start the first frame and avoid camera shake.

Since you found this capability on the M240 at lest we know someone at Leica understands the user need/requirement. Some hope somewhere down the road😎 But at least it's on the list.

At least they answered. Sony never answered any of my inquiries.
BTW: The M10 offers Bracketing and Image Stacking. The latter was not available on the M240. Both needs some type of self-timer to avoid camera shake for the first shot. (or a mechanical cable release)

Maybe not what you are looking for, but I was able to fire Exposure Bracketing from the Fotos Remote app on the iPhone when set to 3 Frames on the M10, but not when set to 5 frames. Like you wrote when I set to 5 frames, the Fotos Remote App defaults to Single.

That's good news. It just shows it could be just a bug or something they overlooked. I only tested with Image Stacking but I'm glad to know it currently works with 3-shot bracketing!

Yes, a little buggy. I just changed Interval shooting from 10 to 20 frames and I was able to fire with the Fotos Remote app but it only fires 10 frames when the interval is set to 20. But if I set interval to 10 frames and try to fire the camera via Fotos Remote app the camera defaults back to Single Drive Mode and fires only one frame.

I found a little trick that makes all drive mode options work with the app's remote.
First, connect the camera to the app. Then start the 'remote' option. Then change the drive mode. That will work!
If I select a different drive mode BEFORE starting the app's remote option, it will not work because the app will revert whatever drive mode you have to single shot mode. (That's what I think it's buggy)
I am glad I can use either the app or a mechanical cable release to start the first shot in a bracket or stack now.
Hi everyone!
I’m a long follower of your reviews and topic and after years I have a big question to the users of this glass.
As a super happy 40 1.2 owner of vm version on a7r3 with techart and vm close focus adp too, I was close to the 21 for wider end (got batis just for tropicalization) and now I ask on this topic suggestions for the long end of my ideal three lens config.
Tried the 105 sigma.. huge. Returned.
Now I’m between this to be used with techart and the Sammy 85...
Fred you had both.. do you have something to suggest?
I love the touch of Nokton and the stars too but seems the sammy is a great product for bokeh and sharpness...
What I love on Nokton 40is the microcobtrast when you shot between f 4 and 8 on landscapes.
Is the 75 similar?

Alright, alright! Confirms works for me too. Nice little tip. Obrigado! Glad I decided to test after I read your initial comment as I've never used these features before on the Fotos app. Now what do to with stacked images? Time to start experimenting
*BTW, the other thing I really like about the FOTOS app is the ability to transfer full sized DNG images to my iPad from the M10. If I want to transfer those full size DNG images from from iPad to iMac or MBP, I can use AirDrop to transfer full size DNG to the computer. No need to unscrew the bottom plate to take the SD card out which I find particularly helpful when the M10 is mounted to a tripod.

Airdrop is a good idea and I'm sure could be done with both iPhone and iPad. Transferring files without the removal of the card is a good idea especially since I'm using the Leica Protector half case which is an extra step!
I am still using the free version of the app but will probably get the full version with DNG download soon.
