p.1 #1 · Neutral Density Suggestions for Sony 10-18mm
I am looking for suggestions for neutral density filter/s (62mm) for the 10-18mm. I have used a CPF filter but encounter vignetting at its widest focal lengths. I also need a filter system that will accommodate my 18-135mm which uses a 55mm filter. Thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
p.1 #3 · Neutral Density Suggestions for Sony 10-18mm
I have 72mm filters for my 70-300 and use these filters with step-up rings for my other lenses, including the 10-18. My ND6 (B+W) works well on the 10-18, however my CP (also B+W) shows a little vignetting at 10mm. Perhaps bumping up the size to 77mm or using the thinner CP filters would eliminate this problem - don’t know. This set-up should also work on the 18-135.

Surprised thus didn't get more responses, too.
Seems like had problems using a circular polarizer on a 17-35 sigma several years ago on ff. I just zoomed in a bit, I think to 19mm or so.
On uwa it's a potential problem, I know I got the thin filter for the 11-16. Thin circular polarizer and ND may be available as well.

I have this same question on ND filter for Sony E 10-18mm (62mm thread). Just curious how come there was no response to this thread?
I'm not sure if a variable ND is going to be thin enough for an uwa. It might be but I kinda doubt it. You might call B&H and ask.
While I haven't used ND filters much, tiffen is a good brand. So you'd think they'd be ok. Probably the reason they cost less is because there's no 10 stop, in that kit. You might try to find thin ones, though, for uwa, if available. Not sure if your lens needs them but I wouldn't be surprised.
Not familiar with Gobe at all, but they might be fine.
