Driving down from Hanksville to Page, I had to stop by the Forrest Gump viewpoint while watching the madness of the Instagrammers and traffic jam, a freak wind/dust storm rolled in..what were clear blue skies 30 minutes ago ...was now these puffy clouds all over the valley. I changed my plans and decided to stay the night in MV
Sunset was going nicely...had that feeling that it's going to be epic...and then you turn back to look and see this one sliver of cloud ...casually floating towards the sun...and blocking that last rays that would've given the color burst...neverthless...the clouds put up a show...and made me go to bed early since there was no hope of milky way
