Just got mine and haven't really given it a workout. It's also not left the air conditioning since it was unboxed.
Basic off-the-cuff observations:
The lack of LoCA is somewhat mind-boggling having used the 100L in the past
2:1 is close, but still not that close if you're trying to get details; I'll see how it does with tubes when I have time to set up lighting
The focus throw, as reviewers have noted, is probably too tight, focusing rails recommended if you're getting really close but works for normal distances
The aperture control and AF confirmation worked on my 6D, still need to check it on my wife's 77D and my EOS M5, but I don't anticipate problems
