Yes, same location but Protikh's shots were last year. He was there this year and I got to meet him. He had his little son there with him shooting off a 1-series RRS tripod...cuter than the foxes!!

Thanks for all the nice comments. It was a great time with fellow FM members and something different for me compared to the birds I usually shoot.
You guys shoot some amazing photos. I am headed to Lake Clark for bears in August. Saved a ton by booking thru the lodge. Next year is a trip to the Pantanal with Joseph Van Os company. Booked thru them as I wanted things to go smoothly. We did a Viking river cruise in April and we both got sick. Bronchitis for her and allergies for me. We are doing a 12 day trip to Italy. Trying my best to get my wife to Africa sometime. Though she likes the animals she is not interested in going.
