Jim, thank you very much. I am sorry for missing to reply to your post. It was late where I am when I posted this...

Although I am now in Austria, but these two images are is still from Val d'Orcia, Italy of an impromptu bridal shoot at the Chapel of Vitaleta at sunset... What a great opportunity! Yes, the size of the bride is a tad small for a real portrait or people image but it goes together with the first image.

A few shots from my just completed trip to Nepal. These from the wonderful town of Bhaktapur.
Excuse the crude processing. I've just got back (and haven't touched the originals yet) and the processing was done using Snapseed on an iPad for uploading to Instagram. They may be a little (haha) over saturated All files 0.5MB up to 1.5MB.

+1. I would like to see some tips for reluctant subjects. Not only is my wife, shall we say reluctant, but my dog leaves the room when she sees the camera come out.

Joshua, great reaction that afternoon... excellent captures but I know you have at least a better one
Here below the 23 YO Doina captured with Batis 85 at WO
Well, it comes with the territory at my age . You did well capturing Doina. And yes, I do have others of her but I am posting two images of my grandnephew first that I took today here in Holland. Yes, I used the big and heavy bazooka for him but the results make me forget the weight and bulk. I posted a crop of the last image. BTW, the only processing was done with basic settings of LR and those images were taken at wide open.
