I wasn’t able to get a shot from behind. There were so many cars and people. This event was also in a shopping center parking lot. I had to either replace or extremely modify the backgrounds just to try an isolate my subjects. Lots of fun! thanks!

These girls are great sports (at my age, any female under 45 is a girl to me). The blond actually is a little go-getter entrepreneur in our area and one of the things she does is put together these kinds of car shows and special events. I’m looking forward to doing more with her. These photos were taken mid day in a mix of harsh sun and few clouds. Off camera flash became my friend since shooting without it produced more silhouettes than anything.

BUT, careful....., I was recently contacted by a model that wanted to shoot with me.
She said, her words, not mine, “this gay ass witch is ready to create, are you?”!!!
I responded with, “Girl, I’m ok with the gay, and I’m ok with the ass part too, but I’m having a little trouble with the witch part(she was really good looking)!
Well I got a long paragraph about how I had just insulted every aspect of here being!
That for starters she was NOT girl, she was They/Them, and how could I pass judgment on her state of being? Apparently she really believed she was a witch and it wasn’t my place to question that!! Then she said my work was sub-standard sh*t anyway and she would never have shot with me anyway!! LoL
