Stayed at home for a couple days to rest up for an upcoming grueling schedule the next couple of months, so I decided to make myself some breakfast. There's some pretty good entries this week, but I thought I'd go ahead and drop this one in case anyone is hungry
For the curious: Eggs, cherry tomatoes roasted in olive oil, balsamic, thyme, salt and pepper, Italian sausage, smoked provolone, pecorino, and some chopped parsley....yum!
