I can't help but be curious about all the brown needles on the fir(?) or spruce(?) or (?) in several of the images. Are your trees up there experiencing the drought and/or beetle infestations that are causing so many problems here in the western states of the U.S.?

Thanks! We have had pine beetle among other diseases and infestations, tough times here for the pine, spruce and fir. Also a lot of dry summers and wildfires.
Heck, even the top ones are bigger than I expected.
