Congratulations to Dave Dillemuth for winning Feature Thread of the Week with 7 votes - View Previous Winners
Been going through and reworking some of my favorite images from 2018 with my feeble but slightly better processing skills. I love the eastern Sierra year round but especially in the winter. I've only been able to get up there only a couple of times this season but hopefully get up there again before the winter ends. Welcome all comments, critiques/suggestions. Thanks, Dave
Not a bad shot here...nothing but winners. One and two are my favorite. Cactus foreground chosen is very interesting, great subject choice for such massive DOF. What's the lens and combo used for that (focal length)?
Man, it's high time FM modernizes and has modals for images...very annoying to look at gorgeous imagery like this even on my MBP retina...still doesn't fit the Forum constraints. Wait...huh just realized they actually do..looks like it's up to the user to embed images that fit.

Thanks, beautiful work!
Thanks for the comments. That first one was shot with a 5DSr and 16-35 f/4 @ 16mm. This one was a focus stack of two frames.
