Engaging, professional, well lit. The brightness in the BG of the last one pulls my eye a bit compared to the others. The first seems strongest to me followed by the third.

Agreed. The glare to the left of the subject in #2 pulls my eye away as well.

Wow, the first three are excellent with #1 being my favorite.

What focal length did you use on #4? Almost looks like some wide angle distortion which makes his nose look huge.

Very nice Allen! Were the first two for a restaurant/bar? The second one works in that context. Her engaging smile makes it a real winner.

I always like your post processing. It looks very natural, especially in this time where images tend to be overdone.
