As others have said, the first image is an incredible standout. All the more so that it was taken at a mere 200mm -- how were you able to approach that bird?
I'm also fond of the dark mood of the second image (the vignetting complements the cool colors and falling snow), and really enjoy the movement in the final sequence of four images. You can really imagine the eagle's lower body swinging back and forth as it changes direction abruptly.
