Some taken at 24mm and some at 300mm. I didn’t use anything longer than 300mm. And the lens isn’t the sharpest at 300 (I used Nikon 70-300 lens) so I tried to keep thing below that, maybe 250mm or so.

Neither. Those are all from Eureka Dunes, the only white dunes in DV.
Since you didn’t mention the name in the original post, I ruled out Eureka:-). I now see the striations of the Last Chance Range. The Saddle Peak Hills behind Ibex Dunes also have a similar feature but not as pronounced as the Last Chance.
By the way, the Hidden Dunes near Eureka are probably white, too.
