Thanks Morris. They look fine to me. I didn�t see any other comments referencing a bluish tone. I�ve been conducting one on one and small group workshops ever since some local eagle photographers asked me to in 2009.

Hi Louie. I�m glad to be your first introduction into the night heron display. The yellow crowned seems to have a more pronounced display of back and wing feathers than the black crowned, although I�ve documented both species displaying along with little blue herons as well.
