I made a quick trip to Varanasi, India to see the Aarti Ceremony at Dashashwamedh Ghat, by the Ganges in Varanasi. It was such a beautiful ceremony. Here are some shots from my trip. The ghat was packed for the Aarti (which is held every day at around 7 PM). I believe the real tourist season starts in November, when the tourists that come to witness the Aarti swell considerably.
