This is an portrait of Katla which is an 8 year old dog which unfortunatly lost her vision last summer but still walks and hikes with her owners.

Only 8 years young...we lost ours at 10. Not enough time...It saddens me greatly...
I am so glad she is still active and looks great and alert. Give her a kiss for me...

I hear ya, Dan. We just lost our big boy (7) to cancer. It hurts.

Sorry for your loss Dan, it's so sad to see them go.

It was not certain that Katla would pull through
her unknown illness which led to her blindness but she is still with us and is a champ dealing with her changed health every day.
She got kisses and hugs today from you Dan.
