What a great photo! Love the pose with the outfit, lighting, expression and background. Everything works! The only couple, minor tweaks you might consider are darkening the ankle-hand area a bit (looks brighter than the face) and minimizing the lines on her right leg.
I would like to give you my thoughts. I agree with storyteller about the brightness of the hand. The lighting tends to make her midsection the subject of the shot. I would also like to see her posed with her upper body more forward and her legs further back. The nearness of her left leg makes that too prominent in the picture for me. I notice the veins in her leg. Not sure if that matters to others. I do like the detail and toning of her face and hair. Might be nice to see her in other poses, even a 'standard' head and shoulder shot.
