I love these! They come around my yard all the time and I can’t help but take a photo too. But yours are so lovely. I just adore the one with the blue flower behind it. I have already told myself the story of showing up at the girlfriend’s house after being jilted with a bouquet of flowers hidden behind his back.

You do not have to apologize for these guys. I love them! Give me more Chipmunk shots! I wish I had some around here. Great shots!

Thank you both.
FWIW, the reason I started to concentrate a little more on these guys instead of just the casual shot here and there is something someone said the other day.
I just finished building a 40 ft deck for a customer and the husband is also an amateur photographer. The deck looks out over a small pond that is visited by Great Blue Herons, Little Green Herons, dragonflies, and a variety of birds. We were sitting around having coffee one morning and I mentioned that I would kill to have a spot like that in my backyard. The wife commented " he only wants to take pictures if he goes somewhere like Algonquin". So that got me thinking of all the time I've spent chasing after moose in Maine, birds in Florida, bears in Alaska, eagles in Maryland, landscapes out west, etc. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love traveling to different and new locations and chipmunks will never compare to my time spent at Katmai. But there is a certain intimacy that can be attained when you have enough time to spend with any subject and I think that can lead to new and exciting possibilities. So I'm already thinking of experimenting with some different backdrops to see what else I can come up with for these little guys.
Thanks everyone for taking a look and your nice compliments.
