Heh Brother! Yes it is a strange creation. Many years ago, Photoshop magazine had this procedure explained in it and I don't save back issues anymore. So I spent hours trying to recreate the steps( I could remember) to created the bubbles and insert/distort the photograph in them. It is not quite the exact same but it was the best I could remember.
A former member of FM posted one like this many years ago and it was fantastic. But he left long ago and his name no longer appears in "Search".
