I just returned from a business trip in N. Oregon where I usually don't bring my better cameras. I bring a Rebel "just in case" I see something worth stopping for and this was one of those situations. I like stopping for the lone tree on top of a rocky ridge all by itself. If you stop, you can hear the wind blowing through its tiny branches and pine leaves and you wonder if the tree can "hear" and "ponder" the solitude of its location on top of the world.
