After reading through the "What happened to the People Forum?" topic, I decided, what the heck I'll post something.
I shot these last August at a park in Connecticut. I had recently gotten a Samyang 24mm Tilt-Shift lens and wanted to shoot some panoramas with it, so I got in touch with a local model named Marisa. I combined a shoot-through umbrella just out of frame with, of course, natural light.
#1 is sensational! So well composed with her captured wholly within the landscape and below the sky. I find the second more problematic because of the placement of the tree right behind her.
From a compositional standpoint I would position the model off to the side. Are we supposed to enjoy the panorama or the model? She is looking up instead of at the camera or demurely looking down.
The crop is much too tight at the bottom near the model's foot. Nice colors and sharpness though.
