What’s not to like? How many times have you been on safari? I like 1&4 with tighter crops; really brings out the emotion.

Incredible and unfair! No one should have that many cub shots! These are all great but 15 is my favorite.

Marvelous set , full of wonderful cute young ones and those glorious adults. Far too many favorites to pick just a few. Not sure if these are from recent or past trips, but you were graced with some wonderful opportunities.

Oh, where to start? The little ones in # 4 & 9 do it for me. Then there's # 10, 13 & 20. But who the heck is choosing? They're all just gorgeous. Glad to see you here.

Thank you all for your kind words. I have to figure out a happy medium with regard to posting on FM. Honestly, this is first and foremost a bird forum and whilst I love owls and falcons I am primarily a mammal and even more so a cat guy. So, I have been posting regularly on Instagram where I have found more photographers with similar interests. If you are interested please have a look...I post with the same name. Best to all of you!

Too much (yet not enough) Eric! What a wonderful, evocative set of cats. Each is moving and moody--a work of art that really highlights their power and mystique.
These are indeed a treat to view. Thanks for posting.

Thanks and glad to see other FMers have experienced and found just how wonderful and varied the wildlife in both east and Southern Africa is.

don't know why you would say that, this is a nature and wildlife forum, birds are wildlife but so are your big cats
it would be a shame if this was considered a bird forum, one can only look at so many shots of eagles, or hawks, blue herons, hummingbirds before it becomes ho hum to see yet another bird shot
i would rather see the big cats, many of which unfortunately are on the endangered list, that not just anyone gets to see by strolling outdoors as with a bird shot
if nothing else, grab that d500, your 200-500, take all the big cat shots you can and bring them to the nikon forum
