This is actually from the 2017 eclipse. We were at Rexburg, ID. It is really just a grab shot. That was the shortest totality of my life and the first with my lovely wife so I spent the time taking it in.
Here are some from the Miniature Museum in Hickory Corners, Michigan. All are a K-50, Tamron 90mm. Please feel free to give an honest, impersonal critique. Thanks for looking.

I know nothing about birds or bird photography, but thought that feeder is nice as it also shelters them from the rain.
That actually might be a cool photo - try to catch them sitting under the "umbrella", with the rain pouring down the sides 🙂
Technical:
Reasonably sharp, but a little noisy.
f/11 seems way too stopped down, especially at this distance. I'd recommend trying f/4 or 5.6 at the most. At distance, your depth of field should be sufficient for the size of a bird. And you'll be able to increase shutter speed and decrease ISO, the latter will help reduce noise.
The exposure seems a little under and could be brightened up.
Composition:
I like the diagonal and that tends to work well in photos.
The main issue with this photo is the angle of the subject. The colorful top is mostly hidden by the less interesting white belly. It might not be feasible to change the angle though.
