Thank you, Bobby! What? You didn't catch it? Were you napping or did you already pack your gear since you were too anxious to have breakfast already?
Canīt believe Bobby missed this amazing action for breakfast...

Josh, this is a very fine series! I would have loved to be there next to you and missed breakfast!!!
Now, that #7 is my favorite. I wonder how this series would have turned out should you have used a Canon full frame camera!
Thank you, Juan! Did you make it back to Costa Rica or still here? If you are still here, then by all means. We will try again next Saturday.
My Sony camera with an adapted Canon lens didn't have any issues with that scenario. That would be similar to the situation I had in Costa Rica and no problems whatsoever. Unpredictable flying owls on the other pose a problem for my setup. Out of burst, maybe I get only 1 or 2 in focus, the rest is blurry. The AF cannot keep up with the speed of the owls. I did get significantly better result with a native Sony lens but it is only a zoom extending only to 400mm and the aperture is f/5.6. I can mount a 1.4X TC on it and its optical performance is still decent but the bokeh suffers. Oh, well, not much can be done until Sony introduces a native long prime lens.

The nice warms tone set off by the iridescent June bug is fabulous! Love the play and the amazing tweezer grasp in image #2 of the wings.
Great series Joshua, lots to like here sir!
