Beautiful capture Kee. Grueling hike in the morning? That's one of the most important rules for great photos. F16 and be there.
Hello John, Yes you are right. It was a hard hike for me to go above the fog.
However once I went to the high location, I became like a kid at the candy store.

Hey Kee, I have wondered where you have been, I see you have been busy!
What cool clouds you had, spectacular even. I really like #1, well done!

Hello Jim,
Yes, I have been still wandering around the world. But this time I went to San Francisco for a week. I was not fortunate enough to have a good fog around the Golden Gate Bridge, but it was fabulous when I took these images. I am not a fast hiker but still with heavy camera gear on my back, it took much longer than expected. I do have my second travel to the area in October flying from Denver after much anticipating Colorado Fall Color scenery shooting. I hope I can manage to climb Mt. Tam early enough to get the shots I want to at that timer. Also in October the sun rises a little bit later!
I added an abstract format image cropped from the image #1 depicting the "Sutro Tower".
Glad to see this one shot has enough depth of field to reveal a clean feature of the tower.
