Mark Metternich: Mount Robson and Berg Lake are incredible. If the weather is good - its hard not to do well. 2nd week in September would get more colour though. Glad you like the images. Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated. Scott
grog13: Glad you think 1 is jaw dropping. I think my favourites are 1, then 2. But I am going to check if I can go wider on 2 with stitching and see what it looks like. Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated. Scott

Absolutely exquisite, Scott. I have spent a lot of time in the Canadian Rockies but I am 77 now and long hikes are out of the question. Is it possible to take a helicopter to any of these locations and what would the cost be. Thanks for sharing these beautiful images.

Arka: Glad you like the work. It was a lot of fun. Hanging out with my son and Darryl in great weather and company and scenery. Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated. Scott
Doug Sherman: Glad you think they are exquisite.
You can helicopter in on friday and leave monday for about $550 Cdn return. But without hiking in the dark, you cannot get 1 or 2. But you can get 2. But you first need to reserve a campsite as a priority - you can't get in without a tent site.
Thanks for the feedback and don't hesitate to PM me with other questions if you have them.

Landscaping at its best! Considering the effort put forth and the sacrifices of mossies and sleep deprivation I rank these captures simply over the top!

I have tried the a7r/metabones/solution for lightweight but it did not work for me because sony does not have a ts and even if it did it does not avoid heavy ts. Further if I am going to kill myself hiking up a hill in the dark I am going to bring the biggest mpx camera I can that lets me print as big as I can (eg 5dsr). So I think the solution for me is - minimize lens (just TS17, 24-105) and minimize tripod and minimize everything else. In this case I screwed up - brought 2 primes for night shooting when it was too light (dark sky just does not happen in June at my latitude) for night shooting. And I should get the smaller 24-105 for hiking. And I need to get in better shape and drink water sooner and greater.
Glad you like the work. It is an incredible area that I now know how to approach to improve (eg now I have scouted it) and I know 2nd week September would be sublime. Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated. Scott

There were no sacrifices. This is what I like about landscape photography. Being there at sunrise and sunset in a gorgeous area.

kylebarendrick:Glad you like the area - and my 3 views of it. Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated. Scott
Anand Pichumani: The light, the company, the views all made this a great experience. Glad you like the captures. Much appreciated. Scott
polaris-14: Glad you like the gorgeous Mount Robson. And particularly 2. Its funny that many like 1, many like 3, and some like 2. That makes me happy because these 3 views were my targets and most of my day time hiking was to find a place to hike 2 for dusk or dawn and then just hope for good weather. And I was lucky. Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated. Scott

AmbientMike: Glad you like them. Its a great spot. 100km was just because I was new to area and there was lots of scouting. Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated. Scott
Don George: Glad you like 3. I have a whole bunch without the iceberg and they don't work nearly as well. Glad you like it. Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated. Scott
