Ron, obviously you are not asking enough......you need to think about 50% to 100% more....you do great work. You have sacrificed a lot to get where you are today.....you should be compensated.....
Haha. I don't really disagree. My wife and I have agreed that if we get the volume we expect this fall, we undergo a price increase in January. We have a lot of clients who pay us fairly well, and I'm afraid any substantial price increase will put us beyond their budget. First volume, then price increase. Last year, honestly, I probably shot 20 to 25 seniors beyond my 7 ambassadors. We need to get it up to around 60-100 per year. The way things are going, I think we can hit 40-50 this year beyond my 12 ambassadors.
Just read this, after being out of touch with FM for a week or so. Congratulations, Ron, on your success. My only question is whether some of your distant commits will still be good ambassadors for you when they ultimately get there. They (or their parents) may be wanting to commit to you now, but do you have an opportunity to say no if they're not good "brand ambassadors" for you down the line?
As someone stated earlier on this thread, you are a class act and who certainly deserves all the success you have created for yourself and your family. You also take time to help others on their journey to growth and I always appreciate that in a person.

Thanks, Steve! I actually don't have a screening process and that is intentional. Some of my best referrals have come from people that I wouldn't have initially thought would be a good brand ambassador. If I cut people out in favor of others, I would assume that would create ill feelings toward my company, not something I want to do.
