#4 is my favorite. Her clarity within the softer context works very well. I like how her fingers are so gently arrayed above the edge of the pool. #2 shows some great timing and detail. I just get the sense that the swimmer is too separate from the background as if selectively treated a bit too much--a sense of being pasted on. Could be entirely wrong.

Thanks, she takes her swimming seriously. That's her dad swimming in #2 and I see your point. I had plenty of light to work in more DOF, just didn't think about it. I usually shoot that lens wide open most of the time and I guess it shows here ... Mike
