Thank you very much. I am now interested in getting a longer lens
Hi Gabriel,
As you are quite aware, Sony has the 2 70-200mm, the 100-400 GM, and the 200-600mm G lenses to consider. I think that most or many of us would highly recommend either (or both) the 100-400mm GM or the 200-600mm G lenses.

Yep, I think the 70-200mm GM will make more sense for me since I can use it for event work as well but the 200-600mm is tempting too. Heck, they all are so I need to figure out what kind of event I will be adding to my work.
Recently back from The Pantanal....probably the most challenging shot was of a nocturnal Crab Eating Fox....with only a bulb from a nearby building adding some side light I managed this handheald image.

I know...I'm almost thinking about pulling mine off the for sale boards....no one wants it anyways so I might as well keep one of Canon's greatest lenses and mount it on the A9. It is also killer on the A7RIV.

If I would get the same results with the 300PF I'd jump out of my skin, and need only the FE 500mm when it comes.

Either of y’all interested in a 500pf? Haha
Man that would be a quandary, house of fire and can grab the 400DOii or the 500PF. I think I'd just stay in the house and
watch it all come down=indecision!

I think I'd take the 500PF to be honest....unless Canon blows me away with tomorrow's 1DXIII announcement
