OK..................these are superb! You can see just how much incredible detail is in the area of focus, one of these that had complete DOF sharpness would be almost unrealistic but would be fascinating to see. You must be pretty darn close Sr T?
BG bokeh is lovely by the way.
Lovely work on the tiny treasures sir! And 1/50 @ 800?.............you are still alive aren't you
These are so beautiful, Tony. #1,3,4 are my favorite; especially the one with water droplet on the head.
I start liking this combo after seeing great results from many users. What a powerful tool for hiking, traveling for birds.
Nice shots. These are the first decent shots with that combo that makes me think MFT s are finally becoming of use to wildlife photographers! But boy, that DOF is thin.

Thanks. For some images, thin DOF is desirable. Now if your subject is not moving, you can get all the DOF you want by using in-camera focus-stacking with the EM1 MkII:

Thanks, Karl. I was close to the MFT of 4.25 feet. That is also where the silent shutter and no mirror-slap noise comes in handy. Will soon have the 60mm macro lens and will be trying out the in-camera focus stacking.
Good video on the focus stacking even with all the talking:
Oh my goodness these are gorgeous Tony... IQ is very impressive, that camera is very capable in your hands.
Masterfully captured and processed... excellent work.
