After seeing a number of wonderful Wood Duck photos from other forum members, I thought I should try some. I would have liked to have taken these at lower angle but I didn't have my waders with me.

Thanks for the comment Tam. I actually cropped the reflection out as I wasn't liking the look of it.

Thank you. These ISO's are nothing for the 1dx II, however I didn't apply significant selective noise reduction to the background for a softening effect.
How low can you go! With all the rain, you'll need a boat. I was just thinking that waders would really make a difference with the grebes as well.
#1 is a super close up with great detail, and the "green" water really makes it.
