To each his own. I would rather the water be intentionally blurred than trying to freeze the motion when it's too dark to do so and still maintain any depth of field.

Apparently if you are a GFX owner you get some level of Fuji Pro service automatically, at least here in Canada. I called Fuji this morning and they sent me a prepaid waybill to ship everything in to them.
IMHO, it is very practical feature. Remember to try out both manual and automatic options for they are both useful. It will not replace a tilt lens but it can be used to extend DoF from focus point forward just a little bit (or a lot...) to get something fully in focus and still have smooth background.
Here I just focused manually to the pile of jellies, set 20 frame stack with step of 9 and started the sequence. It went past the back of the skull but I picked the needed frames and then combined them in Helicon (10 frames in total). Very quick to use with electronic shutter.
