Hello Dave, thanks for stopping by and sharing your thoughts. The Bat-falcon, I spotted on a very overcast day around mid day. I decided to get his attention by getting close to the tree and shooting directly up at the subject as he was a good distance off.

Thanks Tony, you have me cracking up here, but I agree with you. December/January is usually the coldest time in Trinidad, however if you are gonna be in the rain forest, its usually cool most of the time -with some exceptions.
